Description
Vintage ATAPCO cake carrier / cake saver made in the USA, Part No. 5000. Features a cream colored plastic serving tray with a matching metal dome lid, brown stripe accents, and a top handle for carrying. The side handles on the bottom tray snap over the lip of the metal lid to help keep the cover secure while carrying. Great retro kitchen piece for cakes, pies, pastries, baked goods, or vintage kitchen display. Measures approximately 7 1/2” tall overall. Metal dome lid is approximately 11” in diameter. Bottom platter is approximately 12 1/2” in diameter, and total length including side handles is approximately 13 1/2”. Good vintage condition with normal age related wear, including scuffs, marks, light discoloration, and some finish wear/chipping on the brown accent areas. Please review photos closely. Hand wash recommended. Metal lid is not microwave safe.
