Porsgrund Norway Teapot Vtg MCM Botanical Leaf Branch DTL Signed Anchor Mark Vtg
Porsgrund
65.00 $
Description
Vintage Porsgrund Norway porcelain teapot, mid-century modern tankard/milk-can silhouette with a tall cylindrical body, angular shoulder, and flat inset lid. Hand-applied botanical transferware decoration of a green and gold leafy branch (birch or hazel-type foliage with catkins), signed DTL in the design — a known Porsgrund decorator signature. Marked on the base with the Porsgrund anchor logo and PORSGRUND • NORWAY. Clean, glossy white glaze with no chips or cracks noted. Lid fits snugly with a soft green rim edge matching the body trim. A striking, collectible piece of Scandinavian design — would suit a farmhouse, cottagecore, or Nordic-modern kitchen display as much as everyday use. Condition: Pre-owned, excellent — no chips, cracks, or crazing observed. Light general wear consistent with age.
