■Product Overview
The Yamaha best-seller YPC-62, packed with the charm of a wooden piccolo, boasts accurate intonation and expressiveness thanks to its unique body taper and tone hole positions.
This instrument has been modified by Nomata, a tuning manufacturer specializing in piccolo flutes, based on that instrument.
It features meticulous attention to detail, such as a lip plate for the headjoint developed to meet the demands of various players, undercutting of tone holes for intonation correction of the body tube, and a lacquer finish to enhance airtightness and durability.
The NW is a popular model that uses a wave-shaped embouchure hole, characterized by its soft tone and ease of play.
