Description
A ribbed, handled soup bowl featuring a distinct peach luster finish. Anchor Hocking introduced the Fire-King brand in the early 1940s, becoming synonymous with durable, oven-safe glassware. The peach luster finish was a popular decorative technique during the mid-century era, achieved by applying a metallic oxide to the glass, which was then fired to create an iridescent, pearlescent glow. The beehive design remains a classic example of American kitchenware from this period.
