For Zake-sama Panasonic Citizen Secondary Battery MT920

Description
Citizen watch secondary battery. I bought a watch I liked at an auction, but the second hand was ticking every two seconds, so I thought I needed to replace the battery. When I opened the back cover, I found it wasn't a regular button battery, but a solar rechargeable battery. I managed to find and obtain one, but it didn't work in the end. I disposed of the watch, and the battery has only been inserted once and is in unused condition. I am listing it cheaply as is.
