Glaze glossy and clean with intact rim and no chips, cracks, scratches, or crazing. Sold without original box or paperwork.  Color: Blue and white with an white-toned ground and dark blue transfer decoration.  Pattern and theme: Central scenic landscape showing trees, mountains, stream, people working, and horses in a pastoral countryside setting.  Style: Colonial-inspired blue and white pottery with a traditional rural farm scene and horse motif.  Design details: Textured woodgrain-style blue border, rope-like outer edge, scrolling cartouche elements on the rim, and small bead-like inner border framing the scene.  Production: Glazed pottery / stoneware body with transfer-printed decoration in a classic blue and white style.
