Vintage Plates Alfred Meakin England French Costumes Of 18th Century Set Of 2

Set of 2 plates from the Alfred Meakin French Costumes of 18th Century series, specifically the Grape Pickers of Burgundy design. One plate features a colorful central image of a female grape picker surrounded by an embossed grape vine pattern on the white rim and the other plate features a male.   The plates are distinguished by the scalloped edge with green trim and were manufactured in England.  Made of porcelain and ceramic, the round plates have a diameter of approximately 8.75 inches and showcase a colorful multicolor design. Perfect for all occasions, these collector plates are a unique addition to any collection, combining elements of French culture with English craftsmanship.  Natural crazing may be present.
