Royal Copenhagen Plate 8.25in Blue Excellent 1987 Union Sven Vestergaard

Royal Copenhagen and Bing & Grondahl commemorative porcelain plate celebrates the historic union of Denmark's premier porcelain houses in 1987. This hand-painted piece features a serene blue and white relief of a mother and child set against a starlit city skyline, drawing artistic inspiration from the world's first Christmas plates of 1895 and 1908. The plate is a limited edition production from 1987, signed by artist Sven Vestergaard, and showcases the exquisite craftsmanship synonymous with Danish porcelain.
