Vintage (4) Four Franciscan Desert Rose Earthenware Dessert / Cereal Bowls  Colors are Ivory, Pink and Green. High gloss glaze finish and vibrant colors. Each Bowl measures approximately 6 diameter. Undersides of all Bowls are marked with the Arched backstamp.  The Franciscan Monastery or Arch backstamp is a significant mark for collectors. Used from 1966 to 1977, this backstamp generally holds higher value than later versions made in England or China. All Bowls are in Excellent pre-owned condition with no cracks, chips or crazing.   The Franciscan Desert Rose pattern was introduced in 1941.  This pattern was famously used in the White House by Jacqueline Kennedy!
