Antique Victorian Sheffield Silver Plate Wine Bottle Holder

Description
This is an antique Victorian Sheffield silver-plated coaster or wine bottle holder. It is an unusual and beautiful piece featuring pierced sides with intricate decorative swags and four lion mask motifs. The stand is elevated on four claw-style feet. It measures 8 inches in height and is 7 inches in diameter. There are a few areas where the Old Sheffield Plate has worn away to the copper base but this does not detract from the eye-catching elegance of the piece. Please see all photos. It is in overall great condition. (Champagne shown for scale and is not included)
