HANSA Magnesium Flash Unit, Photography Equipment, Bon Fire, Showa Retro
19.80 $
Description
This is an old-style strobe, commonly known as bon-daki, which ignites and illuminates magnesium powder using a mechanism similar to winding a lighter's flint. I purchased it for use with a Speed Graphic, but since it came in a multi-pack, I have extra and have kept it in storage.
I bought it as an unused item still in its original bag with tags.
Although it is unused, time has passed, and I have not confirmed its operation. I am listing it as a junk item.
