NWT-Scuff on left shoe from storage,see last pic. Hard to see the scuff but I put in the light so you could see it. Shiny black patent, classic lace-up oxfords. Common military shoes. I think these would fit a women’s 8.5 because that’s my size and they fit me great. I just never ended up wearing them. Classic rounded toe and thick sole. Never worn. Polished finish for a dressy look. Comes with original Rothco hang tag.
