Vidal Sassoon Professional Hair Crimping Iron VS-142 Vintage 80s Taupe with Box

For sale is a vintage Vidal Sassoon Professional Hair Crimping Iron, model VS-142. This iconic retro styling tool comes complete with its original 1980s/1990s aesthetic box, original use and care instruction manual, and internal plastic packaging insert.  The crimper features aluminum wave plates designed to create the classic crimped hairstyle with uniform heat distribution. It includes a simple On/Off slide switch on the handle and a power cord in excellent condition, still tied with its original wire band.  Cosmetic Condition: The crimping iron itself is in very good, clean, and well-preserved cosmetic condition. The original cardboard box shows noticeable signs of shelf wear and age, including edge scuffs, minor creases, and slight cosmetic discoloration (see detailed photos). The printed manual is complete, legible, and shows a natural vintage yellowing.  Functionality: Fully tested and operational; heats up quickly and evenly.
