Purchased new in 2022 and used until this month. I like it because it's easy to handle and doesn't put stress on my neck. Selling due to circumstances.
My instrument is a tenor saxophone (Ts), and I am 163cm tall. The strap length was fine for me. It can be shortened, but can only be extended about 2-3cm further. The shoulder rests can be adjusted to conform to your shoulder shape. There are no major scratches or stains. The box and instruction manual are not included.
