Takes 377 battery.  The bezel is rectangular with rounded lateral sides.  Indices are numbers. Has a second hand. Quartz movement, new battery installed by me. Works.  Crown is easy to turn. Stainless steel backing.  C O N D I T I O N: good vintage condition. some signs of wear. No stones missing. The back has some wear. Some mild surface scratches.
