This is a saxophone Bird Strap.
I originally used the same model and purchased this one new for around 10,000 yen at a musical instrument store because I had lost mine. However, I ended up finding my original strap, so I am selling this one.
It has barely been used and is in very clean condition. The strap adjustment has not been used at all.
