This is a beautiful vintage floral scarf with an orange border. There is a tag that says Made in Japan. The fabric is wrinkled and has shiny embroidery all over it. There is one spot that is stained, and there is some minor fraying on one side. Overall, the scarf is in very good shape. Likely from the 1950s.
