Please review measurement photos to ensure proper fit. Shorts may have shrunk slightly as waist is just short of 38 and shorts are 100% cotton so won't stretch much. May be a little tight at exactly 38 but great fit for around 37.5 Good condition, minor overall wear with light bit of fraying at top of each pocket (see photos). No other major damage, color may be faded or made to look faded (looks amazing really).
