The 2-3 day shipping rule does not apply to Alaska. With the current shipping rate ‘ground’, packages have to travel through Canada via truck, unlike priority mail which is shipped with air travel. This applies to both USPS and FedEx shipping methods. On average, it takes 14 days from date of drop off to USPS, until your packages at the shipping address provided at time of purchase. **
