“Dust of Angels” Blu-ray.
A Taiwanese gangster film born from the Taiwanese New Cinema movement of the 90s, it directly confronts the urban underclass, violence, and youth culture.
Produced by Hou Hsiao-hsien, this film is strongly imprinted with the unique atmosphere and sense of reality characteristic of Taiwanese cinema of the same era.

This title, which is highly regarded in later years, is not a coming-of-age film nor a noir, but rather a record of a decisive moment in Taiwanese local crime films, existing somewhere in between.
In recent years, physical media itself has been declining, so this is a listing for collectors.
