Final Price Drop! Educational Ball Jungle - Toys "R" Us Play House

Purchased at Toys R Us in 2021 for a little over 10,000 yen. It was taken out and put away for about a year. I estimate the actual usage period to be around six months. It has been stored away for approximately two years since the latter half of 2022.

There are black stains on the floor and sides. Please check the photos.
The slider board (transparent board) is cracked, so please also check the photos for this. It is still usable.
I counted over 50 balls. I will ship with 50 balls.
The instruction manual is quite wrinkled. I have attached a photo at the end, so please check it.
Please note that the box is not included.

There are no other noticeable scratches or stains, but this is a used item inspected by an amateur, so please only purchase if you understand this.
I do not accept returns, so please feel free to ask any questions or request additional photos before purchasing.
No pets or smokers in the household.

Shipping will be in simple packaging. I plan to put the items shown in the photos into a bag and pack them with bubble wrap. Thank you for your understanding.
