Description
This is a vintage Oneida silverplate fork and knife that has been artistically repurposed into a unique bud vase / sculptural decor piece. The flatware has been bent and formed into a freestanding vase shape, creating a striking functional art object with strong Art Deco and industrial design appeal. The surface shows natural aged patina with iridescent blue, purple, and silver tones from heat shaping and oxidation, giving it a one-of-a-kind finish. Marked Community / Oneida on the flatware, confirming authentic vintage silverplate origin. This piece works beautifully as a single-stem bud vase, small dried floral holder, or standalone sculptural accent for shelves, desks, or curated displays. A great crossover piece for collectors of vintage silverplate, repurposed art, and industrial or Art Deco decor. Condition: Good vintage condition with intentional artistic forming. Surface shows age-appropriate wear, patina, and color variation consistent with repurposed silverplate. No structural issues. See photos for full detail. Art Deco, Industrial, Modernist, Brutalist, Upcycled, Sculptural, Eclectic, Vintage Decor Measurements are shown in listing photographs. Estimated 1930s–1950s
