Pair of decorative engraved metal kilties with floral scroll design. Shiny silver finish. Two holes for attachment. Statement accessory for your lace-up boots. Purchased in the 90s by me! They don’t make these anymore, so they are very hard to find. They have tarnish on the underside that will not be visible. It should come off with some patient polishing with a cloth. I clean the decorative side with a dry jewelry cleaning cloth. Do not use chemicals. Comes from a smoke-free home.
