Description
This is the SLIK Y-shaped tripod head, model 6006. Its official name appears to be Y-shaped support. It's a type you don't see often these days and is used for mounting telephoto lenses. I bought it new a long time ago and have barely used it, so it's in beautiful condition with no malfunctions.
Due to work commitments, shipping is only available on weekends. Thank you for your understanding.
