I bought this as a backup, but I no longer have space to store it, so I'm selling it quickly.
I have experience in the photography industry and have done a lot of shooting myself. I find the moderate thickness and lightness provide good stability. It can be used by people of short to tall stature.
Depending on the tripod head you choose, it can also be used to support activities like mountain hiking.
This is ideal for those who find tripods to be inflexible, or for those who shoot while moving or shoot moving subjects. Once you get used to properly securing your camera, its solid thickness allows for shooting with a relatively slow shutter speed.
In my personal opinion, it feels much lighter than I expected.
It can be used as a walking stick, for 360-degree shooting by rotating around it, or for support while walking, making it recommended for long exposures, video shooting, and mountain hiking.
