Used Meyer 5MM Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece
264.00 $
Description
Old Meyer 5MM
This is a listing for an old Meyer alto saxophone mouthpiece.
This is a model from immediately after the famous NY period.
Although it does not have the NewYork engraving, based on its shape and material,
it is said to be from immediately after the New York Meyer period.
Mouthpieces from immediately after the NY period are valued lower than the NY period ones, but they are characterized by a moist sound with more buzz than current models.
I believe the characteristic of old Meyer mouthpieces is that with the right setup, you can also produce a bright sound with richness.
Furthermore, while New York Meyer mouthpieces are traded for over 100,000 yen, old Meyer mouthpieces are typically traded for less than half that price.
I purchased it in beautiful condition from a certain musical instrument store in Tokyo and have kept it unused since then.
The only accessory is the main unit.
[To Potential Buyers]

As this is a private listing, please understand that it is no-claim/no-return.
