Wood Stone Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece AM-II SMOOTH

This is an AM-II SMOOTH alto saxophone mouthpiece made by Ishimori Wind Instruments. It is made of metal (brass/silver plated), has a medium baffle, and an opening of #6.

Currently, I focus on tenor and baritone saxophone for big band, and I don't play alto except when switching instruments, so I've decided to sell off the accessories.

While I wouldn't say this item is like new, I played it carefully with a patch, so the area where my teeth touch is almost pristine. There is some minor dirt in the engraved grooves and on the exterior, but this has no impact on the tone.

As shown in the photos, the standard ligature and cap are included, but the cap has been significantly cut down from the standard to minimize the area that holds the reed. A Rovner ligature (also modified from a Dark model) is also included. I continued to play both without any particular issues.

The current manufacturer's retail price is ¥55,385 (tax included). I am asking for ¥31,000.
