Approx. 2x2 Early-period (1960s–1970s) Lea Stein portrait brooch.  Features a classic Art Deco-style serigraphy (screen-printed) illustration on a cream cellulose acetate (rhodoid) base. Why this is a Rare Early Example:Heat-Mounted Clasp: Unlike modern reproductions with riveted hardware, this brooch features an original heat-mounted safety pin clasp, where the metal is embedded directly into the acetate—a hallmark of Stein’s early handmade Parisian production.
