80s Vintage Neon Hot Yellow Bracelet Cuff. New no tags but so amazing from the 80s. I use to have a box of these but only can find the one as of yet! Acrylic plastic type material. Cuff will fit most wrist! Unisex and awesome! This cuff shows scratching or scuffing in it due to being in a bin with other vintage items. SCUFFING AND SCRATCHES on cuff are fully stated.
