YAMAHA Cornet YCR4330G, Cleaned, with Case and Mouthpiece

YAMAHA Cornet YCR4330G - Good Condition, Cleaned

This is a listing for a YAMAHA Cornet, model YCR4330G.

After purchasing it in good used condition, I used it for about 3 years, approximately 3-4 times a month, for 1-2 hours each session.

This is an intermediate-level cornet, and the gold brass is unique to this series, so it's recommended for those who want a gold brass instrument! It produced a brighter, more expansive, and solid sound compared to the higher-grade 6330 yellow brass model. For reference, the 6330 has a darker sound with less projection, giving the impression of a tightly focused, thick tone. While preferences vary, neither is definitively superior, but if it suits your taste, this could be a cost-effective instrument.

There are minor scratches, but no noticeable dents.

For this listing, I have cleaned the inside of the tubing with brass care, rinsed it with neutral detergent, polished it with silver polish, and applied oil and grease so it's ready to play immediately upon arrival.

If you wish, I can include a used 11E4 mouthpiece free of charge. Please let me know when you purchase.

Additionally, a few parts have been customized:

- Piston felts for valves 1-3 were replaced with klang brand parts after purchase (on the cap and two internal locations).
- O-rings have been installed on the tuning slides.
- Piston springs have been replaced with new genuine parts.
- Water key corks on the main tuning slide and 3rd valve slide have been replaced with new ones.

The piston felts were changed 3 years ago after purchase and have been used since. The O-rings, springs, and corks were newly replaced for this listing.

The original case will be included, but I will ship it in the pro model case that came with a 6330Ⅱ. The case is used but still in usable condition.

If you have any questions, please feel free to comment and I will answer.
