Sylvanian Families House (Grapevine House) with dedicated house cover and furniture set.

In my subjective opinion, there is little discoloration, fading, or dirt, and the condition is good (the sticker on the entrance seems a little faded).
However, there was a small stain that looks like color transfer (a greenish one, barely noticeable unless you look closely, like in image 20).
Also, as it is an old item, there may be some minor scratches.
The house cover has some stains here and there.
The outer box also has damage (peeling price tags and crushing).
The house cover is rarely seen, so I kept it carefully stored with the house.
The condition is not bad, and since the house cover is included, I am hesitant to sell it. Therefore, the price is set high to start.
The furniture is more of a bonus.
I don't think there is any damage, but there are scratches and dirt.
