Overall it is clean.
Judy Garland is truly an American legend. This book is the first lavishly illustrated biography of this superstar.
Garland shot to fame in 1937 when she was chosen to sing You Made Me Love You in front of MGM's King of Hollywood, Clark Gable. This beautiful song is still a standard today, and no one could believe that such a young girl could sing with such an intelligent, soulful, and moving voice. After her appearance in The Wizard of Oz, her stardom was solidified, and she went on to star in classic films such as Meet Me in St. Louis, Easter Parade, The Harvey Girls, and A Star Is Born.
