Mint condition 1990s Sierra Designs hooded windbreaker that converts into a fanny pack/shoulder bag. Colorblock in teal and blue with bright red zippers and yellow pull ties. Cinching bottom hem and high neck on hood for full rain and wind coverage. Three large pockets: top pocket is where the rest of the jacket goes to make a fanny pack, side pockets have clips for cinching waist or hanging on backpacks, keys, etc. Size medium men's, looks great on any size or gender, see measurements. Faded tags but otherwise perfect condition. Incredible piece.
