Certificate of Transfer: Seller's seal impression required.
Certificate of Seal Impression: Within 3 months for both seller and buyer.

Power of Attorney: If requesting proxy procedures from a dealer, etc.
Abstract of Residence Certificate: If the address on the seal impression certificate differs from the address on the boat inspection.
Sales Contract: Essential to prevent trouble.
2. Procedures and Costs
Name Change (Transfer Registration): Apply at each branch of the Japan Craft Inspection Organization (JCI).
Registration Fees: Fees for name change, and agency fees if using a representative.
