The boat has been maintained by previous owners, and I recently spent over 250,000 yen with a professional company to service the engine before listing it. As it is a GM series engine, parts are still available, so I believe it can be used for a long time.
Additionally, mooring ropes and other items were custom-made by a professional company last year at a cost of 100,000 yen.
The mooring location is at a marina in Himeji City, where continuous mooring is possible at a low price.
The interior is unusual for a 25-foot boat, with a built-in door to the bow space, allowing for a private toilet compartment.
I believe the interior is relatively clean.
