Boat Ace 250 and fittings, etc.

This is a Ryobi Boat Ace 250.
I am selling it because I am upgrading to a new boat.
It comes with a livewell. The livewell has an acrylic plate attached since purchase, allowing you to see the seabed. Although it has been caulked, a small amount of water enters the livewell. However, this is not an issue as it is a livewell. I will also include rigging parts.
If purchased separately:
- Floats: Approximately ¥20,000
- Genuine oars: Approximately ¥10,000
All you need is an engine, and you're ready to go.
One of the float caps is missing. Also, one of the floats had a slight air leak, but it was at a level that didn't cause any problems during a full day of use.
There are also squid ink stains on the hull.
There is no water ingress into the boat. The bottom of the boat may look dirty, but it is just caulking and FRP. The transom has been reinforced with FRP and secured with bolts.
A homemade barbell-type dolly is also included.

I plan to go fishing one last time tomorrow and will add more photos.

Today, I took the boat out for a final check and confirmed there were no issues. The float's air leak was also at a level that caused no problems (during a 6-hour fishing trip).

I closed the livewell cap, and it filled completely with seawater.
It will be fine with some caulking.

I forgot to take a picture of the barbell-type dolly, so I will add it later.
