Color is army green / olive drab with a solid weave. Jacket features structured military tailoring, notch lapels, flap chest and hip pockets, shoulder epaulets, and gold-tone U.S. Army eagle buttons. Fabric is 60% polyester / 40% wool (Tropical AG 344, Class 3), designed for warm-weather formal duty. Jacket is lined. Trousers feature a flat front with tailored military cut.  Government-issued, unbranded military uniform manufactured under U.S. Army contract.  This uniform aligns with post-Vietnam era U.S. Army service dress, commonly issued and worn mid-1970s through early 1980s, during the transition to the all-volunteer force. Typical uses include ceremonial wear, formal duty, reenactment, theater/film costuming, and military uniform collecting.  Fit: Structured, tailored military fit.  Condition: Good vintage condition with visible wear consistent with age and service use. Faint discoloration and shadowing on jacket sleeves and body are present where patches and insignias were professionally removed. Minor surface marks and light wear to lining noted.
