This hanger came from a fashion show in Tokyo Japan in the 1990s. It is blue velvet over black plastic, and has a plastic emblem with the Givenchy logo, name and the words Haute Couture. The plastic has some stickiness on it because of tape that I tried my hardest to get off. On the underside of the hanger is the word DONA and MOD 23 cm 38 Measures approximately 15.5“ x 10“ Please see photos Thank you for looking!
