Vintage signed 18 karat heavy gold electroplated mid-century design cameo ring, size 4. Unsure if it is a genuine hand-carved shell cameo. Please see close-up photos for details, translucency, and surface sheen. There are two small spots with plating loss (blue arrows in photos). However, they are barely noticeable.
