Solex Boat Modified Light Trailer

This is a Solex 8-number boat trailer that has been structurally modified into a 4-number full trailer.
It was registered in June 2025, and with a 2-year vehicle inspection, it is valid until June 2027 (Reiwa 9).
The maximum load capacity was calculated to be 300kg, down from the original 350kg.
The front gate can be folded down or raised.
The side panels can be removed with wing nuts.
The following parts were replaced with new ones for the vehicle inspection:
- Front width indicator (white LED)
- Tail lights (aftermarket full LED)
- License plate light (LED)
- 2 x reflective triangles
- White LED marker lights behind the tires (not required for inspection, but installed)
The tires were replaced with used ones that are not old and have good tread.
Both hubs have been greased.
The winch belt has also been replaced with a new one.
A rubber mat has been laid down, but it has some tears in places from use.
The hitch ball coupler is 2 inches, and the wiring connector is 7-pin.

It was able to transport large items such as a 5 horsepower commercial air conditioner (indoor and outdoor units) and a NC31 CB400 Super Four.
I built it because I wanted to see if I could.
I am satisfied with having built and registered it, so I am listing it on a trial basis in case someone wants it.

It has been set up to be towable by a DA17V Every van and an S321V Hijet Cargo through individual consultation. Please check the product images for the model numbers.

For those within the jurisdiction of Gifu, Komaki, or Aichi, I will handle the title transfer and deliver it free of charge.
