Vintage Puffy Heart Necklace Silver Filigree Ornate Openwork Swarovski Crystal

Vintage Heart Locket Necklace Silver Tone Ornate Openwork Pendant in a heart shape with filigree border - inside hangs an etched puffy heart. Above the heart is a swarovski style bezel set crystal.  Condition: Good vintage condition, light surface wear and some minor patina consistent with age. See photos for close-ups of chain and pendant details.  Features a detailed openwork large heart-shaped pendant with intricate scrolling edges and a small etched heart charm dangle in the center. Above the pendant is a round faceted clear glass rhinestone accent.  Chain is approximately 16 inches long and closes with a secure lobster claw clasp.  Pendant measures about 1.75 inches tall and 1.5 inches wide (see measurement photos for scale).  Main material is silver tone metal; the small heart has ornate etched floral detailing.
