Victorian Smoky Glass Brooch – Gold Tone Openwork, Paste Accents
N/A
Victorian to early Edwardian brooch featuring a faceted smoky brown glass center stone set within dimensional gold-tone openwork metal. Small square accent stones (likely early paste) are set within the openwork frame, adding subtle sparkle and dimension. The reverse features an early straight pin with C-clasp construction, consistent with turn of the century brooches (circa 1890–1910). At approximately 1.5 inches across, this is substantial without being oversized. Good antique condition with age-appropriate wear to the metal. Pin functions securely. Minor surface wear consistent with age. Please review photos carefully as they are part of the description.
