Boat Trailer

I was preparing to get the trailer inspection (車検 - shaken) for a full trailer, but it was too much trouble, so I'm listing it for sale. It has rust but is solid. However, the photos make it look better than it is. The deregistration documents (抹消登記書類 - masshou touki shorui) are lost.
I had planned to attach steel plates to the sides and make it a full trailer.
New rear lights are included. I also have a hitch receiver for a Serena 26. I'll offer it at a low price.

The documents are missing. It seems the previous owner mistakenly gave me the documents for a trailer they had transferred to someone else.
Even so, it appears to have been registered, and I haven't received any complaints. Since I don't know which trailer belongs to whom, I cannot exchange the documents.
Even without the documents, registration exists with the inspection authority, so a trailer inspection is possible. However, deregistration documents cannot be reissued beforehand. I've heard that once the trailer passes inspection, it will be issued as a vehicle inspection certificate (車検証 - shakenshou).
