This is a [Junk] ASRock DeskMini A300.

I purchased it around July 2019.
My PC started having issues around the beginning of this year, so I bought a new one.
I am now selling it as I no longer need it.

[Symptoms]
The unit does not reach the BIOS screen when the power button is pressed.
The CPU fan spins, so it may be receiving power from the AC adapter.
However, I am not an expert, so I could not determine the exact cause of the problem.
Would this be suitable for parts or for someone confident in repairing it?
