A fan is also included with the case and has already been wired. The OS is a 64-bit version that was downloaded, so you can log in and use it as is upon purchase.
I purchased this item new and unused in early August with the intention of modifying my 3D printer, but it was not suitable for me, which led to this listing. I have not used it since.
