For MR-9 Battery Compatible Cameras / SR44 Adapter
10.00 $
Description
This is an adapter that allows you to use SR-44 type batteries in film cameras that originally used mercury batteries (MR-9).
Many older film cameras used mercury batteries to power their light meters and other functions. However, due to environmental concerns, mercury batteries are no longer available, leading to the sale of adapters like this.
With the recent resurgence of film cameras, we believe there may be demand for this product. A quick search on Amazon revealed a price of ¥3,200 (as of September 6, 2025), so we believe this is a great deal.
The instruction manual shown in the third photo is a copy of someone else's photo, intended to help you understand how to use the adapter. Therefore, it cannot be included with your purchase.
