Vintage 1941 Child Portrait Convex Bubble Glass Arched Frame by Heritage

Vintage 1941 child portrait in an arched Heritage frame with convex bubble glass. This charming vintage wall portrait shows a young child holding a stuffed bunny/rabbit, set behind curved convex glass with a black and gold-tone arched frame. The back includes the original Heritage portrait plaque, which states that this is a Heritage portrait of Patricia Dale Harris, made from a photograph taken in 1941 and “faithfully portrayed by the artist” as a keepsake meant to be passed on to future generations. The plaque also notes it was done at the studios of Fine Arts Association in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. Great for collectors of vintage portraits, instant ancestor decor, antique-style photo displays, nursery wall art, cottage decor, or unique gallery wall pieces. Measures approximately 18” tall x 12” wide. Good vintage condition, especially considering its age. The front displays beautifully, with age-appropriate wear to the frame. The back still has the original decorative paper backing, which is a nice surviving detail for a piece of this age, though it does show peeling, wear, and some loss as shown.
