Vintage Etched Brass Genie Oil Lamp, Made In India, 10.5 Inches High

vintage brass oil lamp designed in the shape of a genie lamp or Aladdin lamp.” Crafted from polished solid brass with intricate engraved patterns. Includes a clear glass chimney, a burner mechanism for a wick, and a stopper attached to the body by a small chain. Very small sliver of a chip at the bottom of glass chimney. I tried to get a pic but very hard to see. It does not cause a problem for the glass integrity. The edge is still intact and not sharp. Probably caused from slipping the glass sleeve on and off. Those fancy metal prongs that hold it in place may have cut into it. Primarily decorative, though functional for use as an oil lamp. Measures 10.5 inch high and 7 inches wide. Lovely piece. Vintage brass gorgeous. It is an older piece so some mild marks may be found. Zoom in to take a closer look.
