Description
Vintage hand-carved wooden squirrel nutcracker sits atop a rustic picket fence style bowl. The lever-action squirrel features charming carved details and a smooth finish, while the surrounding tray is constructed with wooden slats and metal banding accented by brass-tone studs. This functional piece of folk art serves as both a conversation starter and a practical kitchen tool for cracking walnuts, pecans, or hazelnuts. Note that one decorative stud is missing from the metal band as shown in the detail photos.
