Description
Box was broken open so there could be a couple missing? They're in layers in the box and would be hard to get them back in there again. Please assume a couple could be missing. The box says 96 of them. These are NOT FLICKERING lights. I did pull the tab on one to see that they work and if they flicker or not. The outside is unique- like a sparkly cloth you can see through the outside plastic and would be beautiful for wedding decor!
